AI Voice Agents

Inbound and outbound voice agents for booking, triage, follow-up, and customer service. Natural-sounding, fast, fully trackable. Integrates with your CRM and phone system.

How I think about ai voice agents

Voice is the channel customers still prefer for anything time-sensitive or complicated, and it's the channel where businesses lose the most inbound interest to missed calls, phone trees, and voicemail black holes. A voice agent picks up every time, on the first ring, and handles the work a receptionist or scheduler would handle — without the payroll cost or the 9-to-5 ceiling.

Inbound agents take the call, identify the caller, route based on intent, book appointments against your calendar, and escalate anything genuinely complex to the right human with context already gathered. Outbound agents run the follow-up list — appointment confirmations, collections reminders, lapsed-customer re-engagement, post-service check-ins — at a volume and consistency no team can match.

The integration is the hard part and it's where most off-the-shelf voice products fall down. I connect the agent directly to your phone system, your calendar, and your CRM, so a booking made on a call shows up in the right record in real time and a caller who's called before is recognised as a returning contact. Every call is recorded, transcribed, and tagged for review.

The agents sound natural — these aren't IVR trees with a friendly voice on top. Customers who prefer to talk to a human can ask at any point, and the call transfers with the transcript so far.

/ How it runs

Four weeks, kickoff to live.

01
Day 0

Book a call

Thirty minutes, no slides. We talk about where your team is spending hours it shouldn't, and whether AI actually fixes it. Straight answer either way.

02
Week 1

Scope & audit

I map your workflows, your stack, and the bottlenecks. You get a written brief — what's buildable, what the numbers look like, what the tradeoffs are.

03
Weeks 2–3

Build

Purpose-built systems wired into your existing tools. No rip-and-replace. Daily progress. You see it working before it ships.

04
Week 4

Deploy

Live in your environment. Documentation handed over. Savings start from week one — not week twelve.

05
Included

Train the team

Hands-on walkthrough with the people using it day-to-day. Runbooks, SOPs, what to do when something breaks. Part of every architecture rollout — not an upsell.

06
Ongoing

Support

Optional ongoing support for monitoring, iteration, and new workflows. No lock-in. You own the code, the data, the outcomes — all of it.

Booking scope calls for May

Free workflow audit. No obligation. No sales script.

You don't need to spend your time sending emails or plugging away at spreadsheets anymore. I'll build the system so you can focus on delivery.
