AI Chatbots

Customer-facing chat interfaces trained on your product, policies, and playbooks — not generic wrappers. Handles tier-one support, answers policy questions, escalates edge cases to humans with full context. Multi-channel: web, Slack, Teams.

How I think about ai chatbots

The chatbots you've seen — the ones that frustrate customers and make your team look bad — are generic language models pointed at a FAQ page. Mine aren't. A Veridicus chatbot is trained on your actual product documentation, your policies, your historical support transcripts, and the edge cases your team has learned the hard way.

The result is a system that answers the questions your team answers every day, with the accuracy your team would — and escalates the rest with full context, so the human picking up the conversation has the transcript, the customer's history, and the model's best guess at what's going on. No starting from scratch.

Deployment is multi-channel. The same underlying system powers a web widget, a Slack bot for internal questions, and a Teams integration for the field team. Branding and tone are configured per channel. Analytics roll up into one dashboard so you can see what's being asked, where the model is uncertain, and which answers need to be improved.

I run the training loop with you for the first quarter — reviewing transcripts, tightening the knowledge base, adjusting tone and escalation logic. After that the system is stable and yours to operate.

/ How it runs

Four weeks, kickoff to live.

01
Day 0

Book a call

Thirty minutes, no slides. We talk about where your team is spending hours it shouldn't, and whether AI actually fixes it. Straight answer either way.

02
Week 1

Scope & audit

I map your workflows, your stack, and the bottlenecks. You get a written brief — what's buildable, what the numbers look like, what the tradeoffs are.

03
Weeks 2–3

Build

Purpose-built systems wired into your existing tools. No rip-and-replace. Daily progress. You see it working before it ships.

04
Week 4

Deploy

Live in your environment. Documentation handed over. Savings start from week one — not week twelve.

05
Included

Train the team

Hands-on walkthrough with the people using it day-to-day. Runbooks, SOPs, what to do when something breaks. Part of every architecture rollout — not an upsell.

06
Ongoing

Support

Optional ongoing support for monitoring, iteration, and new workflows. No lock-in. You own the code, the data, the outcomes — all of it.

Booking scope calls for May

Free workflow audit. No obligation. No sales script.

You don't need to spend your time sending emails or plugging away at spreadsheets anymore. I'll build the system so you can focus on delivery.
