AI Consulting

Strategy, audits, and roadmaps for firms weighing where to start with AI. Paid discovery, not sales theatre. I map your workflows, identify high-leverage opportunities, and help you build vs. buy decisions.

How I think about ai consulting

Most firms asking for AI consulting don't need a strategy deck. They need to know which three processes in their business would benefit from AI next quarter, what the scope of the build looks like, and what the realistic return looks like. The answer is usually discoverable in a fortnight.

Consulting engagements start with a workflow audit. I sit with the teams who do the work — finance, operations, sales, service — and trace where senior time is going, where information is getting lost, and where handoffs are breaking. The output is not a slide deck. It's a prioritised list of opportunities with effort estimates and expected returns.

From there, the advice is honest: which opportunities justify a build, which are better served by an off-the-shelf tool, and which aren't worth doing at all. I do not sell subscriptions and I have no partner quotas, so the recommendation reflects what's genuinely right for the business.

Firms that want me to build the work end up back in one of the other service lines. Firms that want to build it themselves or with an existing vendor get a roadmap detailed enough to act on. Both are valid outcomes.

/ How it runs

Four weeks, kickoff to live.

01
Day 0

Book a call

Thirty minutes, no slides. We talk about where your team is spending hours it shouldn't, and whether AI actually fixes it. Straight answer either way.

02
Week 1

Scope & audit

I map your workflows, your stack, and the bottlenecks. You get a written brief — what's buildable, what the numbers look like, what the tradeoffs are.

03
Weeks 2–3

Build

Purpose-built systems wired into your existing tools. No rip-and-replace. Daily progress. You see it working before it ships.

04
Week 4

Deploy

Live in your environment. Documentation handed over. Savings start from week one — not week twelve.

05
Included

Train the team

Hands-on walkthrough with the people using it day-to-day. Runbooks, SOPs, what to do when something breaks. Part of every architecture rollout — not an upsell.

06
Ongoing

Support

Optional ongoing support for monitoring, iteration, and new workflows. No lock-in. You own the code, the data, the outcomes — all of it.

Booking scope calls for May

Free workflow audit. No obligation. No sales script.

You don't need to spend your time sending emails or plugging away at spreadsheets anymore. I'll build the system so you can focus on delivery.
