AI Agents in Sydney

I deliver AI systems and automation to Sydney firms remotely from Brisbane. Professional services, legal, construction, and property firms across NSW benefit from my integration and security expertise.

How I think about ai agents

An AI agent is different from a chatbot and different from an automation. A chatbot waits for a question. An automation runs the steps you wrote. An agent is given an objective and the tools to pursue it — reading email, updating records, drafting replies, making calls against APIs, deciding when to stop and when to ask a human.

The work that suits agents is the work your team currently does by opening eight tabs and coordinating between them. Qualifying an inbound lead. Triaging a support ticket against past cases. Preparing a client update by reading project data across three systems. Any task that requires reading, judgement, and action across multiple tools is an agent-shaped problem.

My agents are built on Claude and deployed into your environment — not mine. You own the code, the prompts, the logs, and the infrastructure. Guardrails are explicit: what the agent can do, what requires human approval, and what gets logged. Monitoring runs in production from day one so you can see every decision the agent made and why.

Engagements typically move from a single narrow agent — one objective, one team, one clear success metric — into a network of agents sharing context. Start small, prove the value, expand the surface. No long rollouts, no platform lock-in.

/ How it runs

Four weeks, kickoff to live.

01
Day 0

Book a call

Thirty minutes, no slides. We talk about where your team is spending hours it shouldn't, and whether AI actually fixes it. Straight answer either way.

02
Week 1

Scope & audit

I map your workflows, your stack, and the bottlenecks. You get a written brief — what's buildable, what the numbers look like, what the tradeoffs are.

03
Weeks 2–3

Build

Purpose-built systems wired into your existing tools. No rip-and-replace. Daily progress. You see it working before it ships.

04
Week 4

Deploy

Live in your environment. Documentation handed over. Savings start from week one — not week twelve.

05
Included

Train the team

Hands-on walkthrough with the people using it day-to-day. Runbooks, SOPs, what to do when something breaks. Part of every architecture rollout — not an upsell.

06
Ongoing

Support

Optional ongoing support for monitoring, iteration, and new workflows. No lock-in. You own the code, the data, the outcomes — all of it.
